Getting Started

Login & Registration

  • Navigate to the main portal and select your role.
  • During registration, ensure you select the correct primary role: Student, Donor, or Vendor.
  • Verification: All accounts must verify their email address via the link sent to their inbox.

The Admin Dashboard

The nerve center of the ecosystem, accessible to authorized administrators.

KYC Management

Review Identity Cards and Matrix Cards for students, and SSM registration for vendors. Approve only valid documents to enable Wallet IDs.

The Lottery System

Trigger the "Monthly Draw" to distribute funds. The system randomly selects verified students who haven't received aid in 90 days.

Campaigns

Create and manage seasonal campaigns (e.g., Ramadan Aid). Set targets and monitor real-time contribution progress.

Withdrawals

Process bank transfer requests from Vendors and mark them as complete to update the system ledger.

Security & Best Practices

  • Verify Wallet IDs: Always double-check IDs before donating to individuals to ensure funds reach the intended student.

  • Transaction Limits: RM10.00 limits are hardcoded to ensure sustainability and fair usage across the vendor network.

  • Clear Documents: Blurry or edited Matrix Card photos will be rejected. Ensure photos are clear and legible for fast verification.
